2026-2027 Mentorship Program

Building Leaders Through Mentorship
CREW DC’s Mentor-Mentee Program is designed to foster meaningful connections, professional growth, and leadership development within the commercial real estate industry. Founded in 1979, CREW DC connects an average of 500 members in the Washington, DC commercial real estate community. This program reflects the chapter’s commitment to advancing women and strengthening relationships across the industry.
The program will be divided into three approximately three-month sessions. During each session, mentor-mentee pairs are encouraged to meet at least three times, though you are welcome to connect more frequently based on your schedules, goals, and areas of interest. Mentors and mentees are also welcome to continue their relationship beyond the three-month session as they see fit. The program's intention is to build lasting relationships. Meetings are intended to be informal and flexible, offering space to discuss career development, leadership, industry trends, networking, business development, and other topics valuable to the mentee.
At the conclusion of each session, all participants will come together for a broader networking event. These gatherings will allow mentors and mentees to reconnect with the larger group, share experiences, exchange insights, and continue building relationships across CREW DC. Dates for all program-wide events will be shared at the program kickoff event.
