CREW DC membership types

Full Member ($600)

Employed in a substantially full-time, professional position, the primary responsibilities of which are in one or more of the Qualified Fields of Commercial Real Estate for more than five years

Affiliate Member ($900)

Employed in a field related to commercial real estate which supplies a service or product to Full Members

Associate Member ($450)

Employed in a substantially full-time, professional position, the primary responsibilities of which are in one or more of the Qualified Fields of Commercial Real Estate for fewer than five years

Membership includes access to the CREWbiz Community

CREWbiz is an online business networking tool, membership directory, personal marketing profile and more. Use your profile on CREWbiz to promote your unique skills and expertise to our member base of over 14,000 commercial real estate professionals. Members use the CREWbiz Open Forum to give and get business referrals, share resources and connect across the network. Members know through experience there are no cold calls in CREW Network.

  • All Membership questions should be directed to Executive Director, Kathy Allgier kathyallgier@crewdc.org.

  • Student Members must reapply annually in order to verify student status.

  • Lapsed Members:

    • If your membership has been inactive/unpaid for longer than 10 months, you are considered a Lapsed Member. Please apply for reinstatement using this application form.

    • If your membership has been inactive/unpaid for less than ten (10) months, contact admin@crewdc.org to request a renewal invoice. You will need to pay the full calendar year dues to be reinstated.

  • Transfers: current members of other CREW chapters who would like to transfer to CREW DC should complete the Membership Transfer Request form.
