Demystifying the World of Valuations: Negotiating Equity and Debt
Negotiating Equity and Debt
Join us for a glimpse into the world of valuations and appraisals in Part 3 of a 3-part series in conjunction with AAREP DC and ULI Washington.
This program will be used to elevate the utility of appraisal reports and valuations in negotiating capital among a broad and diverse audience. The market reflects inequities in access to tools and best practices used to ensure the right values are requested, the report itself is understood, and subsequent negotiations lead to best financing terms. This discussion can be used to illuminate the “how” and “why” values matter in the realm of capital markets.
